MANKS Productions Inc. was founded in 1991 by James M. Russell. The company has produced nine short films and one feature. Three features and an episodic are currently in development. MANKS has partnered with two other companies to develop two multi-million dollar film and televison studios – one in Namibia and one in Sudbury, Canada.
